Before breakfast I went for a walk around Jaipur, these children were waiting for their father to take them to school and as I walked past the tuk tuk I couldn’t resist the photo. I like them both but can’t decide which I prefer.

Young Indian children often have dark make up put around their eyes, the belief is this will protect them from being abducted or stolen as they will appear to be sick and therefore of no use to criminals looking to sell them. This very young girl was sitting outside the hairdressers in a tiny market town and her mother kindly let me take her photo.
